One Minute Radio Blog™: Pet Peeves
Opinion ColumnsBy Alicia M. Phidd, Esq.
South Florida, Thursday May 3, 2012- Today we got brave and wanted to know your pet peeves on the air. It was hilarious. Oftentimes we have quirks or just little things that annoy us, but we didn’t quite articulate it to anyone. Today we aired it all and it felt good to the listeners and to us. My pet peeve is licking your fingers at the dinner table. Quite frankly, licking your fingers in connection with a meal is just rude. The listeners had quirks such as how to place the toilet paper on its roll and women wanted the toilet seats up instead of down. Yes, you read it correctly. Women wanting the toilet seats down. When I asked the women if their pet peeve created a problem in their relationships, it was a unanimous “no”. It was good fun today and after a long week, it was great to laugh.
